This meeting will discuss the off-sale liquor application by Top Ten Liquors for a new location on the 1400 block of 5th St SE in Dinkytown. This is in the approximate area of the former Dinkytown Wine & Spirits. 

Meeting participants can convey questions + concerns, lend support, or form opposition to this application before representatives of the City of Minneapolis (including Ward 3 Council Member Michael Rainville) and the Top Ten Liquor team in attendance.

This meeting will be immediately followed by a meeting of the Marcy-Holmes Board of Directors.

8 days after this meeting, there will be a Public Hearing before the city's Business, Inspections, Housing & Zoning Committee. You can find details of how to participate in this public hearing HERE.
