Matthew Wolf of Taft Law, on behalf of Endeavor lnvestments I, LLC has filed an appeal of the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The appeal relates to the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to deny a variance to reduce the required off-street parking in order to convert existing space into bedrooms at 525 10th Ave SE.

This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Business, Inspections, and Zoning

Committee (BIZ) of the Minneapolis Cit y Council on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. During the declared local public health emergency, Minneapolis has transitioned to an electronic format for its public meetings and hearings, authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 130.021, to minimize the risk of exposure to or potential spread of COVID-19.
