* This project was originally approved by the City, and generally endorsed by MHNA in 2018. However, there are important changes that have been made between then and now, and it is important to review accordingly. 

** This is now the third incarnation of these 8^th and 9^th Street projects. The most recent plan presented to MHNA was in May 2019.
