10th Ave Bridge and Watermain Project
This project rehabilitated the historic 10th Ave SE bridge over the Mississippi River and
W River Pkwy. A new water main was installed under the river as part of the project.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration Planned for
November 16th at 11:30 a.m.
Please join us in celebrating the reopening of the 10th Avenue bridge on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. A ribbon cutting event is scheduled from 11:30 to 12:15 on the downtown side of the bridge and includes remarks from elected officials and project staff.
