NOTICE OF 3 PUBLIC HEARINGS:

406 11th Avenue SE, 410 11th Avenue SE, and 1103 4th Street SE

Garret Duncan has submitted an appeal of the Heritage Preservation Commission’s April 21, 2020, action to deny the Demolition of a Historic Resource application for 406 11th Ave SE, 410 11th Ave SE, and 1103 4th St SE establish interim protection, and direct the Planning Director to prepare or cause to be prepared a designation study.

This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Business, Inspections, and Zoning
Committee (BIZ) of the Minneapolis City Council on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.

During the declared local public health emergency, Minneapolis has transitioned to an electronic format
for its public meetings and hearings, authorized under Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, to minimize the risk
of exposure to or potential spread of COVID-19. The public may view the public hearing using the
