NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

813 12th Ave SE, LLC has submitted the following land use applications to allow the construction of a new multiple-family dwelling at 813 12th Ave SE:

• Variance to reduce the front yard
• Variance to reduce the south interior side yard
• Variance to reduce the minimum off-street parking

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S. 5th St., Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be hear d. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. After hearing from the public, the Zoning Board of Adjustment will make a determination based on required legal finding s of fact.
