NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Matthew Wolf of Taft Law, on behalf of Endeavor Investments I, LLC has filed an appeal of the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The appeal relates to the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to deny a variance to reduce the required off-street parking in order to convert existing space into bedrooms at 525 10th Ave SE.
This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Zoning and Planning Committee of the Minneapolis City Council on June 16, 2020 at 10 A.M. in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S 5th St. You are invited to attend virtually and be heard.
