NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
Jim Yarosh has submitted the following applications for the properties located at 1315 ½ University Ave SE and 315 14th Ave SE:
Rezoning a portion of the property at 1315 ½ University Ave SE from the TR1 Transportation District to the CM3 Community Mixed Use District, retaining the BFC6 Corridor 6 Built Form Overlay District and the UA University Area Overlay District
Minor subdivision to combine a portion of the property at 1315 ½ University Ave SE with the property at 315 14th Ave SE
To amend the future land use map from Corridor Mixed Use to Community Mixed Use for the property at 1315 ½ University Ave SE as a correction to a previous action
The City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 350 Public Service Center (PSC), 250 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Planning Commission. After hearing from the public, the Planning Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact. Please visit www.lims.minneapolismn.gov/IndependentBodies/IndependentBodiesMeetings/CPC for the agenda with staff reports (web page will be updated by the end of the day Wednesday prior to the meeting date).
In accordance with the Zoning Code, all property owners within 350 feet of the subject property are notified of this public hearing.
