Timothy Harmsen has appealed the following decisions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment denying three variances for a new off-street loading space accessory to a proposed multiple-family dwelling with three units for the property located at 1329 6th St SE:
Denying a variance to the location requirements of a loading space.
Denying a variance to the landscaping and screening requirements for a loading space.
Denying a variance to the surfacing requirements for a loading space.
This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Business, Inspections, Housing, and Zoning (BIHZ) Committee of the Minneapolis City Council on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. atCity Hall, 350 S 5th St, Room 317. You are invited to attend and be heard.
