Notice of a Public Hearing: Doran/CSM Project


Cody Dietrich, on behalf of Doran-CSM SE II, LLC, has filed a Certificate of Appropriateness application for a new 32-story residential building and a six-story mixed use building with a total of 763 dwelling units and approximately 4,300 square feet of commercial uses on the property at 311 2nd St SE in the St. Anthony Falls Historic District.

The Heritage Preservation Commission will meet on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S 5th St, Minneapolis, MN. Interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Planning Department staff will issue a recommendation to the Heritage Preservation Commission. After hearing from the public, the Heritage Preservation Commission will make a determination based on required legal findings of fact. In accordance with the Preservation Ordinance, all property owners within 350 feet of the subject property are notified of this public hearing.
